Not bad at all! I was a little worried because I’m pretty picky when it comes to where I sleep, but it wasn’t bad. The room was clean, lobby was clean, bathroom was clean. They need to clean the floors better, they were sticky and had crumbs/dirt in the corners of the room. The bed sucks, anytime you turn over the whole bed squeaks and it’s held up by two legs. Lots of weed smells all over, but not in the room. Overall not a bad hotel, I wouldn’t stay again if I had too.
Truck driver. Booked a room online. Arrived before 5. Backed in off the street, parked, checked in and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. It is not a traditional 24/7 staffed hotel. It is an extended stay but it worked for me bc I arrived before the front desk left. The room was exceptionally clean (it's a new hotel). There is a full size fridge and a stove top in the room. I slept well, rose and went on to do my trucking. I am glad places like this exist because a 1980's Quality Inn or Super 8 costs the same or more and is 8/10 infested with roaches. Thanks for the front desk. Good people.
Just checked in not long ago and I’m already super impressed! The hotel is spotless, everything looks and feels so clean. The girls at the front desk were so kind and helpful, Sage was the sweetest, and Chan was super knowledgeable and kind too! My room was perfectly clean and cozy. Overall, such a great experience already with beyond amazing customer service!
I recently stayed at the Woodspring Suites in Irmo and wanted to extend professional compliments and a warm thanks to Chi, a concierge there. She remembered my name, helped me with any discrepency despite its size, and with a smile preceding her seasoned approach, Chi was able to provide excellent customer service and made my experience memorable. I will recommend this location in the future whenever possible!
